We are a social organization -legally constituted in Argentina as a foundation- whose mission is to improve living conditions as well as create opportunities for rural inhabitants who are in critical states or in isolation. As a network, over 50,000 collaborators in Argentina and worldwide come together for this endeavor.
Our network is encouraging this initiative “Pachamama a la carta” in order to strengthen local development and to create more and better opportunities for small rural producers. We seek to connect the producers with chefs and restaurants that put value in our regional gastronomical culture and the sustainable use of natural resources.

In 2015, UN leaders adopted a set of 17 goals as part of a new sustainable development agenda, the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The goals all have specific targets to be achieved before 2030, such as eradicating hunger, poverty, and inequality, protecting the environment, and promoting peace.
